What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We ship orders as per our customers' needs. However, in order to save on Frieght and increase profit margin, we recommend our clients to buy a container quantity.
Can we buy a mix container of multiple items?
Yes, you can.
What are your Shipping Terms?
We usually work on FOB,CIF or CnF shipping terms.
Can we buy fresh export surplus?
Yes, as our moto is always maximizing our clients' profit margin, We are open to take both kind of orders- Fresh Production and Export Surplus.
Is Customisation option available? Yes, we do all kind of customisation for our clients at actual cost.
Do you take LCL orders? Yes, we do take LCL orders.
Are the goods certified and tested?
We are open to provide SGS quality tests or any equivalent quality tests to our clients if needed.
What are the payment modes accepted by your company?
We operate on various payment methods such as 30% advance and 70% after inspection before loading; TT transfers; 100% confirmed irrevocable letter of credit at sight.
What is the lead time for the orders?
20 ft container usually takes 30-35 days, whereas 40ft container takes 50-60 days
What are your Sampling policy?
We are happy to provide free samples provided the customers agree to pay the courier charges or arrange their own pick up.
In Export Surplus what will be the variation ratio?
In Export surplus orders we go with standard universal rule of 5% variation in size and weight of the products.
How many colours and designs can a buyer choose?
For Fresh Production orders buyers can choose their own colours and designs. For export surplus it all depends on availability.
